Sales Policy
Initial Order:
There is a $100.00 minimum on all initial orders. After the first order there is no minimum.
Freight:
All shipping will be delivered by UPS. All shipment are F.O.B. Mount Vernon.
Delivery:
All products are usually shipped within 10 working days. Special orders are excluded during peak holiday times. Contact us for delivery dates.
Credit:
A minimum of 4 credit references will be required. No credit will be issued without proper credit approval.
Payment Terms:
All initial orders are C.O.D. or prepaid. Open accounts customers are net 30 after establishing credit, 1 1/2% per month will be charged on all past due accounts plus all collection cost. Any check which must be redeposited will be subjected to a $25.00 service charge.
Orders:
We reserve the right to reject any or all of an order not agreeable to management.
Claims:
We are not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit. Notifiy UPS immediately upon receipt and upon inspecting all products, and file a claim with them.
Returning Goods:
If merchandise is defective or a shortage exists, notify us immediately and we will advise. Do not deduct the cost from your invoice. We will issue a credit or will replace the item. No returns to vendor without approval.
